# 👤 About Andrew "Coach" Kidd

## **Who I Am**
I’m Andrew Kidd — an executive and team coach with a background in digital transformation, organisational change, and delivery leadership. I’ve spent three decades navigating complexity, first in high-stakes programme environments and now in the quieter power of one-to-one and team coaching.
My coaching practice sits at the intersection of business pragmatism and human sensitivity. I work best with thoughtful leaders and teams who want to grow with integrity, not just speed.
## **My Journey**
My early career saw me delivering multi-million-pound change portfolios in government and commercial sectors, including Defence, Financial Services, and Energy. That shaped my understanding of systems — and their limits.
In recent years, I’ve become increasingly drawn to the conversations that drive meaningful, sustainable change. This led me to become:
- A **Professional Certified Coach (PCC)** with the ICF
- An **Advanced Certified Team Coach (ACTC)**
- A **Scrum.org PSM-I** credential holder
- A CPD programme designer, aligning coaching to real-world leadership outcomes
I’m also experienced in Internal Family Systems (IFS), Acceptance and Commitment Coaching (ACC), mindfulness-based approaches, and systems thinking — all of which deepen the work I do with clients.
## **What Drives Me**
My work is grounded in one belief:
> _Conversations that count can transform the systems we live and lead within._
I’m here to create the conditions for better leadership — not through advice or frameworks, but through presence, provocation, and partnership.
Coaching, for me, is less about performance hacks and more about integration — of values, decisions, actions, and awareness. It’s where clarity meets courage.
## **🧩 Explore Fitness**
I believe transparency builds trust — especially in coaching partnerships.
That’s why I openly share the philosophies that guide my practice. Whether I'm working one-to-one with your leaders, coaching a team, or co-designing learning experiences, my approach is grounded in:
- What I believe coaching is (and is not).
- How I understand leadership and change.
- My stance on collaboration, learning, and teaming

## 👋 About Daring Futures
We’re a coaching-led transformation partner — here to help your people and teams grow through change, not just survive it.
Blending consulting precision with coaching depth, we work across strategy, delivery, and culture to support transformation leaders, scale-up founders, and consultancy directors in building lasting capability.
Our work is grounded in a simple truth: **human systems shape organisational outcomes**.
That’s why we focus on:
- Practical clarity over theory
- Coaching that respects context and autonomy
- Change that sticks because it’s co-created, not imposed
Whether we’re coaching senior leaders, supporting team growth, or embedding better ways of working, we do so with care, curiosity, and courage.
We’re not a typical consultancy — and we don’t want to be.
We’re your thinking partner, integration ally, and capability coach.
