We’re here to create the conditions in which people and systems can thrive — even in uncertainty. ## 🧭 Our Journey Daring Futures is the result of over two decades of transformation work — in both business and personal practice. - **2001–2008** — Andrew founded and led **Certainty Software Ltd**, a software consultancy focused on solving real-world business problems. The company was successfully sold to a client in 2008. - **2009** — Taking time out from commercial work, Andrew focused on social impact: coaching disaffected secondary school students, supporting vulnerable families through Sure Start, and working with community-led initiatives. - **2010–2016** — Under the banner **Certainty Management**, the focus returned to operational excellence — helping organisations optimise tech-enabled services through systems thinking and continuous improvement. - **2017–Today** — **Daring Futures** emerged as a natural evolution: blending the strategic precision of consulting with the depth and agility of coaching.
