Used across pages to maintain tone and rhythm.

A skill or behavioural standard aligned with professional frameworks (e.g. ICF, ChMC, CMI) and used to assess growth.
Used for CPD mapping and programme design.

### π CPD (Continuing Professional Development)
Structured development activities that grow professional capability.
Coaching is designed to support CPD-recognised leadership and team effectiveness.

A core field of expertise within the Uncertainty Management framework.
Each domain represents a major coaching practice area.
