Deliverables included: leadership and coaching support to the service delivery team, ensuring compliance with GDS service standards; Operating model design and transition support, to move to digital service delivery and operation; Mentored leaders in accelerated delivery practices, and provided a legacy of competence with accelerated digital delivery methods, along with resources and ability to inculcate the broader stakeholder community.
