Executive coaching is a confidential thinking space for leaders navigating complexity, transition, or growth.
Our role is to walk alongside you β helping you get out of your own way, reconnect with your values, and take ownership of your impact.
We integrate ICF core competencies and draw on models like:
- Internal Family Systems (IFS)
- Immunity to Change (Kegan & Lahey)
- Adult Development Theory
- Acceptance and Commitment Coaching (ACC)

Team coaching supports a group of individuals to become a team β one that thinks together, learns together, and grows together.
We donβt teach or facilitate β we coach the team as a living system.
We surface patterns, build awareness, and help the team take ownership of how it functions.
