# 🧠Policy – The Daring Way
*How we approach delivery—and the boundaries that support great work.*
At Daring Futures, we don’t just deliver services—we co-create outcomes with our clients. That means both sides have responsibilities, and clarity about how we work together is key to avoiding misunderstanding or misalignment.
This policy outlines our core delivery principles, and the boundaries that protect our ability to deliver exceptional work without taking on disproportionate risk.
## What You Can Expect From Us
We promise to:
- **Commit fully** to the agreed outcomes and co-created scope.
- **Bring our best thinking**—from strategy to detail—and offer challenge as well as support.
- **Adapt and iterate** as new information emerges, while staying aligned to purpose.
- **Surface risks early**, and help you respond—not just react.
- **Uphold psychological safety** across all interactions, and model high-trust collaboration.
## What We Expect From You
In return, we ask you to:
- **Appoint a dedicated sponsor or delivery lead**—someone with the remit and influence to steer the work internally.
- **Give timely input and approvals**, especially at decision points that affect our ability to progress.
- **Be open to challenge**—we may see risks, tensions, or patterns that need naming.
- **Hold scope lightly**—if your business context shifts, we’ll work with you to reframe it.
- **Respect our time and role**—we can’t own your organisational decisions, but we’ll help you navigate them.
## Boundaries We Hold
We’re passionate about impact, but clear about what we can and can’t own.
- We don’t take full accountability for change outcomes where key dependencies lie outside our control.
- We won’t continue work if decisions are repeatedly deferred, responsibility is unclear, or scope expectations drift significantly without conversation.
- If these risks emerge, we’ll raise them early and work with you to reset the conditions for success.
## Why This Matters
Clear boundaries aren’t a barrier—they’re a support. They keep expectations clean, responsibilities shared, and trust intact.
We call this **The Daring Way**—a respectful, honest, grown-up way of working that lets great results emerge.
